Madden 15 Problems Plague Early Release
EA Access and the early Madden 15 release are off to a rocky start as many users report Madden 15 problems including downloading and installing the Madden 15 trial.
The most common thing users are seeing is a request to put the Madden 15 disc in the Xbox One to start playing, but this is a trial without any Madden 15 disc to be found. Gamers are asking EA to add time to the Madden 15 trial as compensation, but so far there is no response.
The official Madden 15 release date is on August 26th, but for as little as $5 a month Xbox One owners can download Madden 15 early and play for six hours.
EA released the Madden 15 trial, which is the full version of Madden 15, today at 9 AM Pacific, 12PM Eastern and gamers soon ran into Madden 15 problems.
At this point some people are not able to start the Madden 15 trial and Xbox Support reports that there are Madden 15 download problems.
Some EA Access members aren’t able to download/start the Madden NFL 15 trial. We're working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. ^KN

EA Access and Microsoft report that they are working on a fix for the problem. We are able to download Madden 15, but after the download and installation completes we get an error message saying,
Installation is almost done
If you have a game disc, insert it now. Otherwise, make sure the person who bought this is signed in to Xbox Live then choose finish.
The only option available is to Switch Profile and Cancel. This is after a three-hour Madden 15 download completes and users are left without an option to play. There is no other Xbox Live profile to switch to and there is no Madden 15 disc to insert for the EA Access Madden 15 trial.
Some members aren’t able to start the Madden trial. Microsoft is working on a fix. We'll let you know the minute you can hit the field.

When the Madden 15 problems are fixed EA Access will send a tweet to let users know how they can play the Madden 15 trial with EA Access. The Madden 15 problems come after EA already angered gamers by announcing that the Madden NFL 15 trial only last six hours, over a five-day period, rather than five days of full early access to Madden 15.
This is the first time EA Access offered a full game trial on the Xbox One, and hopefully Microsoft and EA fix the problem before they offer an NHL 15 trial, FIFA 15 trial and others in September and beyond.
Gamer reactions to the Madden 15 trial problems are not happy, especially after the six hour limit announcement earlier this week.
EA Access was $30 and the Madden 15 full trial isn't working yet. Better get more then 6 hours of gameplay for this.

There is no current estimated time for a fix for these EA Access Madden 15 problems, but the official EA Access account will share when there is a fix.

Mine downloaded and installed or so I thought, now the game starts and it says “installing 7%” and it wont make any progress. Anyone have this problem?

It took me 4.5 hours to download the full game and as soon as I stated too play it said my time was up after playing it for 1.5 hours. This is wrong the way EA is doing their loyal customers.

Madden says it’s installed but all the roster options are locked. Anyone else having this problem?
