For the first time in several years there is a Madden 16 competitor. Joe Montana NFL Football 16 is coming to the Xbox One with Unreal Engine delivering the graphics.

One report from early March outlined a story mode that lets you create your own player and graphics that can put Madden 16 to shame.

Joe Montana tweeted out that his game is #morethanarosterupdate, showing off motion capture and then sharing the screenshot you see above.

We don't know the Joe Montana NFL Football 16 release date, but you can expect it will arrive near the Madden 16 release date. This may be a Xbox One exclusive and it may not have any NFL team names.
