Sometimes it’s a lot easier to show than tell. Sending links to Web sites via social media sites and email is great, but often times people don’t exactly know what you’re trying to show them. Markup.io is a very simple web service that lets you draw and type on any Web page from any browser.
Simply save Markup.io‘s bookmarklet in the tool bar of your favorite browser and click on it when you’re ready to annotate a page. You can draw freestyle or use the rectangle, circle and arrow tools. You can adjust the thickness and colors of your lines. Once you’re done marking up a page and hit publish, a short link is automatically created that you can share with your friends.
There’s no account setup necessary and it works with just about any Mac or PC browser.
Tablet PC users should get a kick out of this application.
