Mid-Range Verizon-Bound Motorola Droid RAZR Spotted in Photo

It looks like after having been quiet for some time, the Google-owned Motorola Mobility is now starting to get in on the Android action. Following the announcement of the Atrix HD on AT&T, it looks like Motorola may be bringing a mid-range Android offering to Verizon’s 4G LTE network. The device may present itself as a lower cost alternative to the rumored Droid RAZR HD and bears styling that is familiar to the RAZR lineup.

This device bears the model number XT907. Little information is known about the device, though from the rear of the phone on the leaked image posted on Droid-life, we can gather that it will have a Kevlar backing, an HD-capable camera, and 4G LTE support for Verizon’s network. If the device will in fact be a mid-range device, it will likely compete in the same space on Verizon’s portfolio with the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE.

Likely, as a rumored mid-range offering, the device may have more conservative specs, including a less than HD resolution display. It’s unclear if this device will succeed the Droid RAZR and Droid RAZR Maxx once the Droid RAZR HD gets announced by Motorola, or if it will slot in under these devices in Verizon’s lineup.
