The new Conquest mode is an online single player offering for Diamond Dynasty players.

You must compete against 30 MLB teams to conquer North America. As part of this you will need to build an amazing fan base. Fans are the currency, which you gain by conquering territories or beating teams.

You use fans to gain and hold territory or you can use them to protect a MLB team stronghold. This is somewhat like a Real Time Strategy game using baseball.
