Players can "rewrite" the history of their team by starting off their MyGM and MyLeague experience from the offseason. Basically, it's a do-over button for teams in a rough spot.  

After the Draft Lottery, trades are now allowed as long as a player has been with a team for three months or on December 15th. Logic for allowing trades has improved too.
