HTC made a big deal about the HTC One M8 design during the announcement, and it’s hard to blame them. This is not a light phone, but the heft comes with a very solid feel. The curved metal back sweeps up to the edges of the 5-inch display and fits nicely in a single hand, though some users may have trouble reaching every corner with a thumb.
The HTC One runs a new version of HTC Sense that includes new BlinkFeed, a new Camera app that is designed to take advantage of the dual cameras on the back of the device by letting users re-focus a photo after they take it. HTC sticks with the UltraPixel camera strategy, which uses larger pixels to deliver better low light performance.
