OQO Model 02 Delay Rumors Quelled

Rumors trickled out today that there were some delays ahead in delivering the OQO Model 02 with Vista. Some were saying as late as July. We contacted our highly connected source at OQO who gave us the following reply:

Thanks for asking.  I was entertained to see that posting as well.  It’s totally false.  We did have some delays in getting Vista through the QA gauntlet but we expect Vista units to start shipping by next week.

 

Glad to see that it was only a rumor.
