Jared Goralnick does a really good job comparing different features, addresses mobile users needs, hosted Exchange, and brings out the finer details that makes each solution stand out.
I don’t agree with some of his conclusions regarding threaded discussion, folders and contacts, and was disappointed he didn’t address Outlook’s integrated calendars, but for the most part, I found that he was spot on and agreed with his overall conclusion.
