When is a new Apple TV coming? We don't know, but there is always hope that Apple is ready to announce the new Apple TV to the crowd at an event like this. Reports indicate the new Apple TV may not come until 2015 as part of a major update, but in August a report outlined the chance of a new Apple TV 2014 update that adds some new features. Apple CEO Tim Cook talked to Charlie Rose about the problem of building a better TV experience, which points right at a new Apple TV, but the timing is still very much undecided. Perhaps Apple will take a page from the Apple Watch playbook and announce a bold new Apple TV at the event that does not arrive until 2015. | ||||||

It’s been way too long! I can’t afford an iPhone, and frankly don’t want one. An iPod Touch satisfies me as a mock iPhone. I have a 4th generation and really want to upgrade!! I hope they announce one on Thursday, or my spirit will be crushed

I too have waited patiently for a large ipod touch for many years but have had to cope with the small screen …..It is now time for Apple to launch a proper Ipod Plus or to introduce a BABY IPAD….or a POCKET IPAD…
It really has been way too long and I really do not want to be teased any more please.

Many other sites seem to be downplaying the likelihood of a 6G iPod Touch being introduced this month. I hope they’re wrong; we’ll soon find out.

I bet they will show off the new iPad but for sure they are going to showcase the new Apple tv. Probably new design with new features. Hoping it has hey Siri built in would be cool if it had a kinect like camera control built in as well.

I am really really really waiting very very very long long long long long for an iPod touch 6th generation. I have had my iPod touch 5th generation for two whole years I simply just can’t wait any longer, I would say it hasn’t been way too long; IT HAS BEEEEN WAAAYYYY WAYYYYY WAAAAAYYY TOOOOOOOO LONG!
COME ON APPLE!!! YOU ARE LETTING YPUR COMPANY DOWN!!!
