I’m always amazed at the size of packages I receive whether it be for a gadget or whatever. 7 times out of 10 the packaging is way too large for what is being shipped in my opinion. Just a few minutes ago the DHL guy popped in with a box that contained the new Apple mini-USB plug. You might remember that Apple issued a recall on these a few weeks back. Inside that box was the single plug and an instruction sheet for how to return the defective plug, along with lots of foam padding.
It seems like a waste to me.
(By the way, the instruction sheet says that if you don’t return the defective plug, Apple has the right to charge your credit card for it.)
