PC Magazine’s credibility continues on its downward spiral in my opinion. The annual Back To School article is out and of course there is no mention whatsoever of Tablet PCs. That’s an old, now annual complaint, but I find the entire article lacking given that it only compares four laptops. When looking at the price points of the four laptops compared. Two weigh in under $1000 and two over, but if you’re really looking at value, and like the editors who put this together you are focused on a “best screen size” of 15.4 or 14.1 inches, they would have certainly better served their readers by also looking at the Gateway and Toshiba Tablet PC offerings, now on sale in the big boxes.
