The new MacBook Pro 16 comes with a new keyboard that should hopefully fix the issues many users suffered over the last several years. 

You get a physical escape key, an inverted T arrow key design and you get a new scissor-switch style mechanism. This is what we've been asking for, and it is a major reason to upgrade. 

The new keys offer 1mm of travel and Apple says they are quieter. Early reviews say they are more stable than the butterfly mechanism. 

You still get Touch ID and a Touch Bar, so if you like those features, you still get them. The Touch ID button is now a physical push button to turn the computer on.
