Samsung Galaxy S6 Release Date Hype Explodes

Best Buy preps for the Galaxy S6 release date with two big openings and the potential for a Galaxy S6 release date deal. All of this comes from Best Buy and the Samsung Experience Shops which should play a large role in the Galaxy S6 release date hype and in the promotion of deals.

The Next Big Thing is Almost Here and The Next Big Thing is Coming Soon grace these two Galaxy S6 release teasers that deliver two important pieces of information about the device and the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S6 release date.

On March 1st Samsung will announce a new phone at Mobile World Congress, that we expect is the Samsung Galaxy S6. There is little doubt that this announcement will focus on the Galaxy S6, possibly including a high-end Galaxy S6 Edge.

Retailers, carriers and Samsung is ready for a fast Galaxy S6 release date that no one is shy about teasing.

Here’s a look at two huge Galaxy S6 release date teasers and what they could mean for a fast Galaxy S6 release date.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Release Date “Coming Soon”

Best Buy is ready for the Samsung Galaxy S6 release date and this weekend we discovered two placards in the Samsung Experience Store telling customers the Next Big Thing is “Coming Soon” to Best Buy stores. The placard below sat to the left of the Galaxy Note Edge demo model.

Another placard teasing the Galaxy S6 release date sat firmly attached to another demo table at Best Buy with the same message. Store employees would not offer any additional details about the signs. The second sign location is near Samsung Galaxy Tablets and Samsung wearables.

It is possible that one of these is for the Galaxy S6 Edge and one for the Galaxy S6. Either way Best Buy and Samsung Experience Stores expect a fast Galaxy S6 release date in the U.S. The signs also suggest that users will be able to go to Best Buy locations with a Samsung store inside to go hands on with the Samsung Galaxy S6 in the very near future.

Samsung placed the Galaxy Note 4 in this same store, and other Best Buy locations, two weeks before the release date arrived. All signs point to a similar move, which could mean that by early March you can walk into Best Buy and try the Galaxy S6 to see how it compares to your current smartphone. You can search for a Samsung Experience Shop in a Best Buy near you to see where you might get an early look at the Galaxy S6.

Huge Galaxy S6 Release Date Deals?

This could also signal a similar Galaxy S6 upgrade deal that offers a huge trade-in value for old phones. Samsung and Best Buy offered a $200 trade-in value for almost any smartphone with the Note 4 release, and it is not out of line to expect a similar promotion for the Galaxy S6 release date. During this promotion an original Motorola Droid that was normally worth a penny on trade, jumped to $200 in value.

This is a sign that the Best Buy Galaxy S6 release date plans include a big deal.

If Best Buy plans to offer a similar Galaxy S6 deal at the release, you can expect big signs in front of the store and information on the Galaxy S6 information page from Samsung. The deal will start before the Galaxy S6 release date if Samsung and Best Buy plan a repeat.

These Best Buy deals typically allow the shopper to lock in the deal with a $50 gift card purchase, that goes towards the purchase of the phone and to lock in the trade-in, while using the old phone until their new phone arrives for trade.

Best Buy typically offers trade-in deals for new devices on AT&T, Sprint and Verizon. Samsung Galaxy S6 price expectations place the device around $199 on contract and the Galaxy S6 edge at $299 on contract.
