Santa Sent Me a Kindle

Well that was a pleasant surprise. All geeks know that waiting for a package to arrive is akin to Christmas morning any time of the year. But when one arrives that you aren’t expecting it is truly a delight.

Well that happened this morning. A package arrived addressed to me from Amazon and low and behold it contained a Kindle 2. Guess I’m joining that club now. My in-laws sent it as a Christmas gift, so a big thanks to those two Santa’s from Chicago. Since I already read Kindle books on the iPhone using the Kindle App, it will be fun to see how this affects my eBook reading experience going forward.
