There are also some reasons why you might want to skip the iOS 9.1 update, at least for the time being. And one of the first reasons is if you're jailbroken or looking to jailbreak iOS 9.

There is no iOS 9.1 jailbreak. Developers have successfully jailbroken it and iOS 9.2 beta but there's no guarantee they'll release it for the public. With the iOS 9.0.2 downgrade no longer available, you do not want to move to iOS 9.1, at least not yet.
