If you're getting ready to travel (or if you're currently traveling) and you're going to be dependent on your iPhone and its apps for a smooth trip, you might want to skip the iOS 9.1 until after your trip is over. 

You don't want to have to deal with iOS 9.1 problems on your iPhone or iPad during your trip. Camera issues, issue with GPS and other problems could emerge and that's the last thing you want when you're pressed for time or in a city that's unfamiliar. 

We recommend waiting until you get home. Install iOS 9.1 when you're at home and have some time and you'll be in a much better place if you do run into issues.
