Again, Bethesda won't be adding any new content so there's no reason to think the Special Edition will come with new enchantments. The vanilla version of the game features 34 enchantments. If you haven't played the game before, that's no big deal. If you have, you might be looking for a new experience. Wintermyst adds 124 new enhantments to Skyrim. There are 77 new enchants for armor and 47 new enchants for weapons. We won't list all of them here but the mod's Nexus Mods page runs down all of the new enchants you'll get, for free, if this is released for console.
