SkyUI has been given close to 500,000 endorsements over on NexusMods and for good reason. It's one of the best Skyrim mods out there. If you're unfamiliar with SkyUI, it's an inventory management tool that is arguably a million times better than the vanilla version. The screen shot here will give you a feel for it but it doesn't really do it justice. There are simply too many features to list here but if you head over to this link you can find a run down of the changes it brings. There are many.
