Real Shelter

Real Shelter is an interesting immersion mod that patches up an issue with the game's weather. 

In the vanilla version of the game, rain and snow often ghosts through. With this mod active, your character will be sheltered wherever there is shelter to be had. 

There are over 1000 different shelters in places like Whiterun, Windhelm, Solitude, Markath, Riften, and Riverwood.
