Snapchat World Lens - Clouds Puking

Look around with the rear camera when you have this option enabled and you will see star effects and clouds puking rainbows. 

Tap to switch to the front-facing camera and you can open your mouth to vomit a rainbow of your own. 

It's not clear if you can use the normal Snapchat Lense option here and the Snapchat World Lens as well.
