Steve Rubel’s Five Gadgets for the Social Technology Addicted
Former blogger, now Lifestreamer, Steve Rubel has posted is list of Five Gadgets for the Social Technology Addicted. Netbooks, the Verizon MiFi card, and three others make his list including Posterous (which isn’t a gadget) the service he is now using for his Lifestream. Notice the small and mobile size of his top five, which has been the trend but is now becoming more of the accepted norm.
My list isn’t too far away from Steve’s although I haven’t made the move to a Netbook. I still prefer a Tablet PC for my on the road computing/social networking skills. That is when I’m not using my iPhone and I haven’t made the jump to a MiFi card. Yet.
As for services like Posterous (which I haven’t experimented with yet), there are quite af few so, I guess I’m not as efficient of a lifestreamer as others.
So, what’s on your essential mobile social networking gadget list?
And also, are you into the Lifestreaming thing? If so, what tools are you using?

I guess I’m lifestreaming and doing a better job of it than Rubel. His “lifestream” looks to me like a straight-up blog with links to his other blog-style outlets. My thoughtstream (as I call it) delivers all my latest published entries in one site and feed, be they ink in Scribbles, mobile posts from Rambles, notes from Evernote, or what I post on GBM. That’s a stream.
