If you think EV-DO is a hot thing, look forward to HSDPA – broadband speeds of 1.8 mbps download and 400 kbps upload.
Along with offering integrated Verizon WWAN on their current M400 Tablet PC, Toshiba just announced at GITEX 2006 HSDPA support in their M400 for the Middle East only at this point. I suspect it won’t be long before the M400 HSDPA options come to the U.S., and with Cingular working on HSDPA, we will soon be surfing at absolutely wonderful speeds. Anything is better than Cingular’s EDGE network!
