True Launch Bar – a better Quick Launch solution?

I remember taking a look at True Launch Bar when Tracy came by for a visit last year, and was impressed with its flexability. I have not downloaded and installed it yet, but Tracy swears by it and insists its $14.95 price tag is a steal. After reading her article, I may just give it a try.
