Walmart is selling the popular Beats by Dr. Dre Solo HD headphones for just $114.95 on Thanksgiving. That's a very generous discount over the normal $199.95 price. However, the Best by Dr. Dre headphones aren't necessarily worth $199 to begin with. There's a lot of marketing muscle behind the Beats brand and reviewers have consistently rated other brands as having better sound. If you're dead set on making a fashion statement then these headphones are being discounted by a large percentage on Black Friday. If you want to get more sound for your money, we recommend trying on several alternatives yourself before Black Friday.
