We’re in sort of a fallow news period for Tablet PCs and UMPCs at the moment, (although there looks to be a rush of news coming around April 18 on the UMPC front,) so here at GottaBeMobile.com we thought it might be a good time to take stock of what folks are thinking about Tablet PCs and UMPCs lately. Over the next several weeks we’ll be asking some questions we would like to get your responses to. You can post your answers as comments to each post that asks a question or you can post them in the forums (we’ll be copying these posts to the forums.) Some of the questions will be very open ended. Some will be very specific. This will most likely unfold with a question every other day or so, so keep your eyes peeled and remember we do want to hear from you.
It is not just that we’re curious. We are, but we also know (and you should too) that Microsoft, OEMs, and software developers read these forums. Yes, they like to mostly lurk in the shadows (they occasionally do surface, but rarely) and they do pay attention to the conversations that take place here. So, with that in mind here’s our first question:
What has you excited/not excited about Tablet PCs and Ultra-Mobile PCs at the moment?
