The Windows Phone 7.5 update, known better as Windows Phone Mango, is finally here.
Well, here in a way only Microsoft can use it. Microsoft’s Mango website says that Windows Phone 7 Mango is “here”, but if you try to download it to your phone you might come up empty.
Update: If you own the HTC Trophy on Verizon, we’ve confirmed that Mango will be rolling out today.
As it turns out, Microsoft is in the process of releasing Windows Phone 7.5, and is scheduling updates on pretty much every Windows Phone 7 device. Typically this takes 10 days.
You can look at the Microsoft Windows Phone “Where’s my phone update” page for a listing of upcoming Windows Phone Mango updates.
Once your phone makes it out of scheduling, you should see a notification on your phone, telling you that an update is available.
