Facebook for Android Updated to Include Chat, Push Notifications

Facebook has just unleashed an update for Android, which is available for update or download for free from Android Market, which brings the social network’s app to version 1.5. The update brings with it chat so now you can chat with your Facebook BFFs and also receive push notifications for messages, invites, or friend requests. Push notification was already introduced to the iOS version of the Facebook for iPhone client and this Android update makes the two versions more comparable.
