T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide (HTC Doubleshot) Specs Revealed
For those of you waiting for more details on the HTC Doubleshot, you just hit the jackpot, because 911Sniper has released a full specification sheet for the upcoming device that will be called the myTouch 4G Slide.
Previously, we had found out that the Doubleshot was a QWERTY slide running Android 2.3 Gingerbread. There were also some other specs littered around (dual-core processor) but those were the most definite. We also learned that it might be the successor to T-Mobile’s myTouch 4G, the phone that you see up there.
Well, we now have a pretty full spec sheet for a device that is indeed going to be T-Mobile’s successor to the myTouch 4G. It’s going to be a dual-core device featuring a 1.2GHz Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm with an Adreno 220 CPU.
It will also sport 768MB of RAM, a VGA front facing camera, an 8MP rear facing camera, support for 1080p 3D video recording (!) as well as 720p 3D video recording, and a 3.7 inch WVGA LCD display.
It also supports 2D video as well, folks and there is also a possibility that the screen might be 3D. It also is going to run on T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network and will boast HSDPA Category 10 and HSUPA Category 6.
So, there is the HTC Doubleshot, no word on when it might hit shelves but now that it’s out in the open, there is a good chance that it could be soon.

The author meant Adreno 220 *GPU*, not CPU. Adreno 220 is the same one used in most Android phones, including the G1 (how depressing).
LOL, dont know where you got that info about the G1 from. If it had that chip in it, it would problably be clocked faster than the cpu.
Actually it’s the new Adreno chip that’s in the HTC pyramid/sensation. The Adreno chips commonly in use are the Adreno 200 (HTC Desire, ALL WP7 handsets) and the Adreno 205 (desire HD, G2, Xperia Arc etc).
The adreno 220 is significantly more powerful and likely to be able to play with the Exynos/Tegra/
SGX545 big boys.

best phone ever to this point. And the GPU cant be the same as the one in the G1 because a GPU such as this one requires a fast CPU to go along. You cant have a 7GHZ GPU with a 134MHZ CPU. that just doesnt happen.
lol @ the G1 comment. adreno 220 is current gen.. g1 came with adreno 130.. big difference.. BTW this phone rocks.. when is it coming?
