Grab those scissors and get ready to Cut The Rope in the Android version of Chillingo’s fun puzzle game Cut The Rope. iPhone and iPad aren’t alone in their ability to cut ropes and feed cute monsters thanks to the release of Cut The Rope for Android on the GetJar app store.
Cut The Rope is Finally on Android Devices
Cut The Rope is a physics based puzzle game which asks you to feed a monster with by cutting ropes at just the right time. Collect stars while you move a piece of candy across the level and into the mouth of a waiting monster named “Om Nom” who can’t wait to be fed.
Android users can score Cut The Rope for free, instead of the 99 cents for the iPhone version, by downloading the app from the GetJar app store. You won’t find Cut The Rope in the Google Android App Store yet, so Get Jar is your only outlet for rope cutting fun.
To get Cut The Rope free for Android devices you need to visit GetJar.com and select your device. Once you have chosen your device you can download the Cut The Rope game to your computer or send a link to your phone. You can also visit m.getjar.com and enter code 75206 to start the download. If you don’t want to download through GetJar it looks like Cut The Rope will come to other app stores in a week, but we see no reason to wait.
Sadly I have not been able to get if for my tablet. It seems that the game has been filtered out of the list.
