AT&T still hasn’t provided a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 release date, however, if a customer service representative is correct, the carrier may be planning on mirroring Sprint’s Galaxy Note 2 release.
A reader provided us with a screenshot from a conversation that they had with an AT&T customer service representative. This conversation came after numerous conversations that the person had with AT&T representatives until, as you can see, one decided to spill what looks like the beans early. If the customer service representative is correct, then the AT&T Galaxy Note 2 will be released on October 25th.

Of course, this is a customer service representative and not AT&T itself which makes it less credible. However, with the launch of the Galaxy Note 2 so close, it’s possible that it has begun informing representatives of the Galaxy Note 2 release date and one just so happened to slip up.

An AT&T rep says the Galaxy Note 2 will arrive on October 25th.
October 25th isn’t out of the question as that is the same date that Sprint will be releasing the Galaxy Note 2 on its 4G LTE network. In addition, it looks like T-Mobile is gearing up for a release on October 24th, the same day that Samsung is hosting a Galaxy Note 2 launch event in New York City that will see Kanye West perform.
Previously, we had thought that AT&T might release the phone in November given that it said the LG Optimus G, which launches on November 2nd, would be its first smartphone with 4G LTE and quad-core processor but right now, it’s looking like that may have either been a mistake or it meant that it was the first one to be announced, not released.
Thus far, Sprint is the only carrier to announce an official release date for the Galaxy Note 2 which it, like U.S Cellular and T-Mobile, will be selling for $299.99 on-contract.

On Wednesday, we should get all of the details regarding the pricing and release dates regarding the remaining carriers. The Galaxy Note 2 will be hitting Verizon Wireless as well meaning the Galaxy Note 2 will hit a grand total of five U.S. carriers.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 features a 5.5-inch HD display, a quad-core processor, 4G LTE data speeds, as well as Android 4.1 Jelly Bean right out of the box. It also features a new ergonomic S-Pen.

Just got off the phone with at&t rep, they said the note 2 will be on sale Oct 25. I will be at the local store at 8am. Thursday morning can’t wait. Boy oh boy oh boy

Just left at&t store they said they don’t have any information about the 25 release date. Called corporate store they said same thing. Guesz it’s wate and see. One says yes one says no. Come on at&t tell us sometime

it makes sense, cause LG is coming out with the first LTE quad-core smartphone, but AT&t doesn’t consider the note as a phone, they call it a phablet so that argument is thrown out the window
I was do for an upgrade when the 4S IPHONE came out and have waited patiently to see what’s coming and of course the IPhone 5 to me was a huge let down. HUGE. THE NOTE 2 Seems to be the best way to go as long as the screen is as bright as the IPhones. I need to be able to see it in the car during the day light. Yay

Just spoke with att rep at the store and they will not be taking pre-orders but will be selling the phone from the stores on November 9th
