- Make up a backup with iTunes.
- Restore the device with iTunes.

I cannot install any apps using iTools
I cannot upgrade using redsnow
I cannot even update existing apps using Appstore on my ipod , because it wants to login with a different apple id (belongs probabely to the person who jailbroke my ipod) and I dont know the password
…..
So please help me what should I do exactly?
