5 Galaxy Note 4 Release Date Details Emerge
A flurry of new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release date details have emerged today ahead of the official Galaxy Note 4 release date that’s now expected to take place much sooner than expected.
On September 3rd, Samsung took the stage in Berlin, Germany and announced a slew of new products including its new Gear S watch, the new Gear VR virtual reality headset, a new Galaxy Note Edge with a curved display, and of course, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, the oft-rumored replacement for last year’s Galaxy Note 3.
On stage, Samsung outlined all of the Galaxy Note 4 specs including its 5.7-inch Quad HD display, its brand new 16MP camera with Optical Image Stabilization, its new S Pen, its Android 4.4.4 KitKat software that’s backed by TouchWiz, its new design that comes with both plastic and metal materials, and a whole lot more. At the time, Samsung confirmed the Galaxy Note 4 release for October though it did not provide specifics.
While Samsung and its partners remained silent for a couple of weeks, the past two weeks have produced a number of concrete details that have helped paint the official Galaxy Note 4 release date picture for prospective buyers. And with Apple’s iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus now on the market, these details couldn’t have come at a better time.
As we move further away from launch day, we continue to see new Galaxy Note 4 release date details emerge. Today, we’re staring right in the face of five new Galaxy Note 4 release details that consumers will need to be aware of moving forward.
First, it appears as though the rumors were true. According to CNET, Samsung is hosting a Galaxy Note 4 event in Korea to kick off the Galaxy Note 4 release date, a release date that will apparently be arriving early for some users. At the event, Samsung is expected to detail an early Galaxy Note 4 release date that’s set for September 26th in Korea. That matches rumors that pointed to an early release, perhaps in an effort to challenge the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
It also looks like Galaxy Note 4 pre-orders are entirely sold out on three major Korean carriers including SK Telecom, KT, LG U+. These carriers have been taking pre-orders for several days now ahead of the Galaxy Note 4 release date. Pre-orders were set to conclude on September 25th, just a day before the new Galaxy Note 4 release date. U.S. pre-orders for AT&T and Verizon remain available for release date delivery.
Finally, it looks like the Galaxy Note 4 release date in India could come soon as well. A report from Indian publication Igyaan suggests that the Indian Galaxy Note 4 release date could take place the first week of October, ahead of the U.S. Galaxy Note 4 release date that’s expected on October 17th on AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon.
A specific date hasn’t been singled out just yet though with the end of the month fast approaching, we could see Samsung make a Galaxy Note 4 announcement in the near future.
Here’s what Galaxy Note 4 buyers need to know about today’s news:
- Galaxy Note 4 release date announcement coming tomorrow for Korea.
- Galaxy Note 4 release date coming early in Korea.
- Galaxy Note 4 pre-orders sold out in Korea.
- Galaxy Note 4 release in Korea is for top carriers including SK Telecom, KT, LG U+.
- Galaxy Note 4 release date in India rumored for first week of October.
These new Galaxy Note 4 release details likely won’t impact the Galaxy Note 4 release date in the United Kingdom or the United States. Both release dates have firm specific dates that consumers and carriers are now prepping for.
T-Mobile and Sprint are expected to start taking Galaxy Note 4 pre-orders this week. And while Korean carriers sold out of their initial stock, Galaxy Note 4 supply could be enough to cover initial demand in the U.S. and elsewhere.

Curious to know about the Galaxy Note Edge. Most of us have a bumper / case around the corners of our smart phones and wondered how Samsung will address this. I have seen too many phones damaged and hope they do not reccommend the cover flap (Not used by most guys).
Ladies with purses will this may not care??
