The company has also taken crafting to a new level. Not only can you craft better weapons using the loot from the world around you, you'll also be able to use those materials to craft housing that Bethesda says will open up merchants that offer some of the game's best items.
The weapon customization will allow you to add attachments that improve key stats like range. For instance, they showed off a long barrel for a laser pistol that increased damage, range, and more. The possibilities appear to be endless and this is sure to excite those that enjoyed the limited crafting options in Fallout New Vegas. Crafting a town will require more work as you plant food, add electricity, and more. As the settlement grows in size, new people will flock to your new abode and that will unlock new items and merchants from whom you can buy rare items. |
