End of Christmas & 1-Gem Boost

The update will also do two things that are expected. One, will be to remove the Christmas theme and snowfall that's been going on since the end of December. Supercell does this during Christmas or Halloween, and most love it, but it's time to put the tree away, just like in real life.

Once the update arrives in the near future the Christmas theme will be removed, but Christmas trees will remain on your base. I save one or two from each year, collecting them in a way, and we'd suggest users do the same, or cut it down and earn 75,000 gold for removing X-Mas trees.

And finally, the 1-gem resource boost that is going on right now will likely end with this update. Supercell extended it "until further notice" as a way for players to earn more money (by spending real money on gems) to boost all the gold, elixir, and dark elixir drills. It was nice of them to do, but we'd rather have this update than have to spend a bunch of gems daily.

Once this update arrives the loot problems will be fixed, the boost and Christmas theme will end, and things should start going back to normal. Oh, and Supercell confirmed the shield system, village guard, and Town Hall sniping changes are "working" and won't be changing as of right now.

Meaning the changes above are what they hope will fix everything, and that's it. Town Hall sniping will not be making a return. Ge ready for the update, as it should be here sometime extremely soon.
