Get Comfortable with the Downgrade Process

If you run into problems on iOS 12 beta, the iOS 11 downgrade will be a valuable resource. 

Once you install iOS 12 beta on your iPhone or iPad you aren't stuck. If you encounter frustrating issues and want to get your phone or tablet off the pre-release software, you'll be able to downgrade the phone to a version of iOS 11. 

Apple doesn't allow downgrades to older versions of iOS like iOS 10 or iOS 9, but you can downgrade to a recent version of iOS 11. Apple is currently signing off on iOS 11.4.1.

The company will always provide a way to downgrade from the iOS 12 beta. So if you haven't already, we highly recommend getting familiar with the downgrade process before you download beta software.
