You can't jailbreak the iPhone 5 if you're on iOS 9.1. The iOS 9 jailbreak doesn't support Apple's latest update. At least not yet. There is an iOS 9.1 jailbreak in our midst but jailbreak developers haven't confirmed a public release. We could see one but it could be awhile. It could also be never. Still have lag with 9.1. It’s annoying to say the least. Software lack of testing before release is getting to the point where we are now having to “wait” for Apple.
