There is a problem restoring from an iCloud backup to the iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus when both phones are not on iOS 9.0.2. Before you upgrade to a new iPhone, install iOS 9.0.2 and then backup again. Don’t install this update. It will completely Screw-up your phone, and there is no way out of it.
