With Android 6.0.1 problems starting to emerge, some Nexus 7 users will be thinking about Google's next update. Google has been rolling out monthly security updates to its Nexus devices and we fully expect the company to deliver in January. Android 6.0.1 brought the December security update along with it but there's no guarantee the January update will come with bug fixes or new features. One noted insider claims that Android 6.1 will come next year and another source claims that it will come in June.
