Apple is reportedly planning to launch a new budget iPhone in 2020. 

iPhone SE 2 rumors have started to pickup and all signs point to a launch sometime later this year. The device has reportedly entered the mass production phase which means a release could be around the corner. 

While the original iPhone SE featured a 4-inch display, the new budget iPhone is expected to 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch displays and a design that resembles the iPhone 8. 

The company will reportedly outfit the device with newer hardware though the price should stay put. Rumors put the starting price at $399. 

With just weeks to go before a potential announcement, those of you in the hunt for a cheap iPhone should probably wait.
