T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide Coming in July with “Most Advanced Camera of Any Smartphone”
T-Mobile has finally made the oft-leaked myTouch 4G Slide official tonight announcing that the phone will be out at some point in July with the usual smartphone price tag of $199 on a new two-year contract.

Earlier today, the myTouch 4G Slide leaked out in official photos which seemed to signal that an announcement might be close and sure enough, T-Mobile has made the device official.
The device is going to be rolling out with a 3.7-inch touchscreen, Android 2.3 Gingerbread with Sense 3.0, a four row QWERTY keyboard, Genius Button, Netflix,
and a top of the line 8MP rear camera that includes:
- Improved low-light Performance: with a backside illuminated sensor and a wide aperture lens (f/2.2)
- Zero shutter lag: innovative software features allow for an instantaneous shot at that precise moment

- SweepShotâ„¢: for capturing panoramic shots by sweeping across an entire scene in a single motion

Oh, and if you couldn’t tell by the name, it’ll have access to T-Mobile’s 4G HSPA+ network. All in all, not a bad little package.
