For those that want the perks of a Nexus but want a larger display, there is the Nexus 10 which is made by Samsung and offers some fantastic resolution on its display. The Nexus 10 is a little more expensive than the Nexus 7 but it offers a 10.1-inch display, as opposed to a 7-inch display, that offers 2560-by-1600 (300ppi) resolution which bests even the Retina Display on the iPad. It's also outfitted with a speedy dual-core processor, access to Google's immense library of content including video and books, and of course Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
