Yesterday, AT&T finally revealed many of the important details in regards to the Samsung Galaxy S4 release including its in-store release date of April 27th and the fact that it would be rewarding those who pre-ordered with early arrivals. As we reported, AT&T Premier Customers were told that their shipments would arrive on or prior to April 25th and today, we can confirm that AT&T is on schedule.
Gotta Be Mobile has learned that AT&T has begun shipping out Galaxy S4 pre-orders to Premier customers. AT&T said that all customers who pre-ordered before 9AM EST yesterday will receive their device on or prior to April 25th but we still haven’t be able to confirm that that’s the case with any non-AT&T Premier customers.
At the very least, some Galaxy S4 pre-orders will be heading to doorsteps on April 25th which means that they will arrive just a day after T-Mobile releases the Galaxy S4. T-Mobile will be the first U.S. carrier to officially offer the Galaxy S4 to the public, followed by AT&T and Sprint on the 27th with U.S. Cellular saying that it will release the device in April and Verizon bringing up the rear with a release in May.

The Galaxy S4 will also be heading to a handful of smaller carriers though those carriers, including Cricket and C Spire, have yet to make their official plans known.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 will replace the Galaxy S3 as AT&T’s premier Galaxy S smartphone and it will be doing battle with the likes of the iPhone 5 and the HTC One, the latter of which recently arrived.
Samsung’s Galaxy S4 comes with a 5-inch 1080p display, quad-core processor, 13MP camera, Android 4.2 and new software features from Samsung that make it one of the more appealing handsets on the market.
