10 Exciting Gears of War Xbox One Details

Yesterday, during Microsoft’s huge E3 2015 event, the company announced two Xbox One Gears of War games including Gears of War 4 and Gears of War Ultimate Edition. With those games now official, we want to take a look at the most important details you need to know ahead of the first Gears of War Xbox One release.

In the buildup to E3 2015, we had heard that Microsoft and its in-house developer teams had something for fans of the series and owners of the Xbox One. Rumors pointed to at least one game though we heard that the company might be showing off two new versions of the game.

As it turns out, those rumors were deadly accurate and Microsoft used its big stage to unveil two new Gears of War games for the Xbox One including a remastered version of the original Gears of War and a new title dubbed Gears of War 4.

While the two games weren’t the only titles showcased during Microsoft’s E3 2015 press event, they certainly made their presence felt and fans of the Gears series are extremely excited about the present and the future.

Microsoft went into detail about the features coming with the Gears of War Ultimate Edition. And thanks to a lengthy Gears of War 4 teaser, we also learned a lot about the next big installment in the series.

The first official Gears of War Xbox One release won't take place until later this year but that doesn't mean that you can't play right now. 

Splash Damage and Microsoft are currently offering a Gears of War Ultimate Edition Beta that's open to the public. Those who own an Xbox One are invited to take part in the early multiplayer experience in order to help the companies engineers perfect the experience ahead of its release date. 

There are some caveats that you must look into before getting excited though if you meet the requirements, you can start playing right now. We're excited to give this game a go ahead of its release and fans of the series would be wise to join the beta right now.
