The original Spider-Man was a well-polished game, but it wasn't immune to performance issues, bugs, and glitches. 

Like its predecessor, Spider-Man 2 will be a huge game (bigger than the original even) with a lot of moving parts. There will almost certainly be problems at launch. 

If you hate dealing with issues that can impede on your fun or progress, you might want to hold off on a pre-order and wait for Insomniac to fix some of the initial problems with the game.

We expect the developer to roll out a fairly steady stream of fixes in the weeks after the game's release date so if you aren't in a rush, you may want to kick back and wait for a few bug fix updates.
