Nintendo is known the world over for some of the best platform games in the business. Fundamentally though, platform gamers themselves haven’t changed all that much. Players are still running, jumping and timing their attacks.
Players run, jump and time your attacks in Yoshi’s Wooly World too, but the art direction and gameplay are completely unique. You’re still Yoshi, but the world you explore has brightly colored textures, almost as if you’re running across a beach towel. Yoshi’s Woolly World debuts sometime this year in North America and Japan, making it very likely Nintendo will discuss the game during its E3 2015 briefing. It’s scheduled for release on June 26th in the United States. |

It’s all good, but Nintendo already stated there will be no info on Zelda U at e3 2015.

Why would they bother occupying precious presentation time focusing on Yoshi’s Woolly World when the European Release is less than two weeks away?

Because the North American version doesn’t have a release date and E3 mainly caters to the North American gaming audience
