Developers have released an iOS 13 jailbreak tool that's compatible with iOS 13.5 and the iPhone 11 series. That said, it isn't compatible with iOS 13.7, iOS 13.6.1, iOS 13.6, or iOS 13.5.1. The developers behind the "unc0ver" jailbreaking tool for iOS have released a new version, 5.0.0, that works with iOS 13.5 and older versions of iOS 13. The iOS 13.5.1 update patched up the exploit used to create the jailbreak. So if you want to jailbreak, you'll want to avoid iOS 13.7, iOS 13.6.1, iOS 13.6, and iOS 13.5.1 for now.
