We're also hearing about installation problems, problems with first and third-party apps, and various problems with Bluetooth connectivity.

The good news is that most of these issues won't require an update, a visit to the Apple Store or a phone call about your warranty.

Hi, The article is a little odd because it refers to ios 11 a lot when the title indicates 12.2>12.3. Is this a rehashed older article?

ISO 12.3.1 IS A POOR VERSION FOR IPHONE SE USER! AFTER UPDATING TO THIS VERSION, MY IPHONE SE FAILS TO DETECT NETWORKS SERVICE PROVIDER. SO BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE USING IPHONE SE, DON’T UPDATE YOUR PHONE SE TO THIS VERSION. BY THE WAY, WOULD APPLE COMPANY PLEASE FIX THIS BUG ASAP ?

After downloading the update and installing it via iTunes it took 45 mins to get off the iPhone software update screen with the bar going across almost thought it had bricked my iPhone se , so if you have 45 mins to an hour to wait for your phone not to be working good luck on the update

The forced (? … phone was set only to manual upgrade)upgrade from 12.4 to 12.4.1. caused the Black Screen of Death of my iPhone SE. iTunes nor third party recovery software or all button tricks combos couldn’t repair black screen.
The local iPhone service provider charged me 15 Euros for diagnostics (which I allready knew)- they couldn’t repair the device.
