Angry Birds Space for Android, the latest verison of Rovio’s hit game, has received a nice update today which brings about 10 new levels and also fixes some stability issues that some Android users have been having since the game arrived just a short time ago.
The game has been updated to version 1.1.0, a version whose contents should delight the millions upon million of owners of the game.
Since the Angry Birds Space launched, the game has been downloaded between 10 million and 50 million times, making it one of the most downloaded games in the history of Android.
This new update should only make it more appealing to device owners.
In addition to the 10 new levels, Rovio has fixed some of the crashing issues that owners of older Android devices have seen during gameplay. The update should kill off those issues.
Angry Birds Space represents the most ambitious effort since Rovio’s first iteration of Angry Birds as it adds a new gameplay element into the mix. The birds are now in space and therefore, there gravity plays a big role in how they maneuver through the levels.

So far, it appears that Android owners love the new game as the game has a four and a half star rating after being rated over 200,000 times. The game is free for Android users, although there are ads from third-party advertisers within the game.
However, it’s a small trade-off for one of the best games to ever hit the Android platform.
