How Do I Get into the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Beta?

There is no lottery to join the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 beta. You do need to pre-order the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 game from a participating retailer.

Activision cations, "Each retailer will have a limited supply of Call of Duty: Black Ops III Beta codes, and will be available while quantities last."

It is unlikely that these will sell out fast, but if you absolutely want to join the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 beta, you should pre-order well before it starts.
